Chris McKinney
I started this firm to help individuals and businesses with their immigration-related legal issues. I appreciate working with clients from different backgrounds and across a range of industries.
I'm a Kansas City native. I graduated from the University of Missouri law school in 2008 and organized this firm in 2010 after working with a small firm in Lee's Summit, Missouri. In the spring of 2021, I moved my practice to its present location in East Brookside.

US Visa Application
The K-1 visa allows a foreign-national engaged to a U.S. citizen to enter the U.S. for marriage within 90 days of arrival. The process starts with the U.S. citizen filing Form I-129F with USCIS. Once approved, the petition goes to the National Visa Center (NVC) and then the U.S. embassy or consulate in the foreign-national's home country.
